PAST PERFORMANCES

On Target! - The Moving Targets present a fast-paced cabaret version of its popular show at the Sportsman's Lodge Outdoor Cafe. (In case of rain, or if it's too cold, we will perform inside). The laugh-a-minute political comedy is packed with improv scenes, sketches, and song parodies based on current events. 

Come on out! Have a drink, get a bite to eat, and settle in for an evening of raucous laughter.

Special Guest Throwing Toasters (www.throwingtoasters.com) performing a variety of songs including their hit "Nursery Rhyme Lawyer."

Sportsmen's Lodge - Saturday, May 10, 17, 24, 31, at 8:00 PM - Tickets $10.00, $8.00 if you mention you saw it on this website. (Patio seating. There is a two-item, drink or beverage minimum.) 12833 Ventura Blvd. Studio City - (Corner of Ventura and Coldwater) The show performs in the banquet facility building (to the left of the hotel).  If you park on the far side of the hotel, it's free. On Target! - An hilarious political comedy with improv scenes, sketches, and song parodies based on current events. Highlights include "Movie of the Week," an improvised TV movie based on audience suggestions of breaking news stories, and "Press Conference of World Leaders and Famous People," a improvised press conference where the audience not only gets to name the members, they get to ask the questions.

Secret Rose Theatre - Saturday and Sunday, May 17, 18, at 3:30 PM, 11246 Magnolia Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601. (one block west of Lankershim) The free show will be part of the NoHo Arts Festival.

Free Improv Jam! - Attention Improvisers! The Moving Targets are hosting a free improv jam every Friday night in May. All improvisers are invited! No pressure, just fun, fun, fun!

Phoenix Improv Festival - Saturday, April 12, 8:00 PM - (Ticket info contact Phoenix Improv Festival) - The Paper Heart Gallery and Studio, 222 N. Fifth Avenue, Phoenix, AZ - The second annual international improv festival featuring top groups from all across the country. 

The Shock and Awe Show! - An hilarious political comedy with improv scenes, sketches, and song parodies based on current events. Highlights include "Movie of the Week," an improvised movie based on audience suggestions of breaking news stories, and "Let It Breed," a tongue-in-cheek song parody of "Let It Be" about cloning. The evening will be a fundraiser for the Namaste Interfaith Center. 

Opening for The Moving Targets will be Total Improv; LA's Premiere Improv Troupe with Players 8-18.

Happy Chriskwansika; The Year In Revue - A fast paced politically incorrect comedy show packed with song parodies, sketches, and improv scenes based on the current events, Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwaansa. (SRO)
